Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 November 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revaizor application security platform ("Service") operated by Revisor, LLC, a company organized under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Revisor", "we", "us").

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and, if using on behalf of an organization, are authorized to bind that organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Authorized Use and Scope

Revaizor is a security assessment and testing platform. You may only use the Service to test systems, applications, networks, repositories, or other assets that you own or for which you have explicit, written authorization from the lawful owner. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any contract or applicable law.

You agree not to:

  • Conduct denial-of-service (DoS / DDoS) attacks or intentionally disrupt target systems.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities beyond the minimum proof-of-concept required to demonstrate risk, or access data you are not authorized to view.
  • Use the Service for spamming, fraud, phishing, or any other abusive or malicious activity.
  • Interfere with or circumvent the security, rate limits, or usage restrictions of the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Fees

We may offer the Service via subscription plans and/or usage-based credits (for example, session credits or tokens). Pricing, features, and quotas are described in the applicable order or plan description at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Credits and Expiration

  • Credits are personal to your account and may not be resold.
  • Credits may expire as indicated in your plan or dashboard.
  • Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded.

Refunds for Unused Credits

  • As a general rule, subscriptions and credits are non-refundable once any portion has been used (for example, if at least one session, scan, or job has been run using those credits).
  • If a subscription or credit package has never been used and you request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, refund the purchase price via the original payment method, subject to any applicable fees or currency conversion costs.
  • After seven (7) days from purchase, or after any use of the credits, no refunds will be issued, even if credits remain unused.
  • Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Revisor, LLC and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, infrastructure, models, documentation, and any improvements or derivative works. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, you receive no license or ownership interest in our intellectual property.

You retain all rights in your own code, configurations, repositories, and other data you provide as targets ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, and secure the Service and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities or misconfigurations will be identified, or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Security assessments and reports are best-effort analyses, not certifications of security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revisor, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one thousand (1,000) USD (or equivalent), whichever is greater.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply in your jurisdiction.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice (for example, in-product or via email). By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by them.

If you or your organization have a separate written agreement with Revisor, LLC governing your use of the Service, that written agreement will prevail to the extent of any conflict with these online Terms of Service.
